Every engagement, whether it is monthly bookkeeping, tax planning, or fractional CFO work, is led directly by the two principals below, not handed off to a rotating cast of staff you have never spoken with. That is the trade-off we chose: fewer clients, more direct access to the people actually doing the work.
Meg Bhatt-Vyas
Founder & Managing Principal
Meg Bhatt-Vyas is a seasoned finance professional with over 25 years of experience in corporate accounting, tax compliance, and financial reporting. Her career spans a broad spectrum of industries, including Information Technology, Financial Technology, Financial Services, Manufacturing, Franchise-owned businesses, Real Estate, Medical and Dental practices, Retail, and Professional Services. Known for her precision and strategic insight, Meg has guided numerous startups and small businesses through complex tax and regulatory landscapes, helping them establish strong financial foundations. Beyond her professional achievements, Meg is deeply committed to community service. She actively supports Serve and Supply, a nonprofit organization dedicated to providing underprivileged children with access to essential educational resources. Outside of work, Meg finds joy in spending time with her husband and two children. She is an avid traveler, fitness fanatic and has a passion for both ethnic and western dance forms, which she continues to explore and perform with enthusiasm.
